Taste&Write

Eccomi, finalmente, è tanto che penso a questo progetto, fin da quando, il 31/12/2012, è terminata la mia decennale (più precisamente dodici anni) esperienza con la rivista professionale di pasticceria, panificazione e gelateria Dolcesalato. Non potevo buttare via tutta l'esperienza maturata grazie alle interviste, ai corsi frequentati, ai preziosi consigli che professionisti incontrati nel mio viaggio mi hanno dispensato. Ho dovuto prendere una pausa prima di riuscire a rimettermi in gioco e non so dove questo gioco mi porterà. Ora, infatti, inizierà proprio così, come un gioco, ma spero che in futuro la mia professione e professionalità verranno riconosciute. In questo blog, intendo recensire le novità artigianali. Inizierò sicuramente con il settore che meglio conosco, quello dolce, e mi farò aiutare da un amico (ancora non posso svelare la sua identità), ma mi piacerebbe conoscere anche nuove realtà "salate", sempre, però, con un unico denominatore: l'artigianalità... Non voglio dilungarmi, anche se l'entusiasmo è tanto e vorrei rendervi partecipi delle tante idee e parole che mi frullano in mente, per il momento mi fermo qui, ci vedremo presto con la prima recensione... sento già il profumo... Ops, dimenticavo... Taste&Write sarà bilingue: italiano e inglese...

Here I am, finally, I have been thinking about this project since 12/31/2012, when my ten-year-long experience (to be more precise 12 years) in the editorial staff of the professional magazine about pastry, bakery and gelato Dolcesalato. I could not throw away such a big experience, reached gradually thanks to many interviews, courses and precious advice of the professional men and women I met during my trip. I had to reflect a little bit and then I decided to get involved in this "game". I don't know where it'll get me. Now I just wnat to play. Otherwise I hope in the future this game will  become my profession again. Here I will write about handmade products after having tasted them. I will start with the field I better know as for exmple the pastry, and I will ask for the help of a friend of mine (I don't tell you his name now), but I would also like to taste and write about savoury products, keeping in mind a unique denominator: the craftsmanship... I stop here, even if my enthusiasm is really heigh and I would like to tell you all my ideas and the words in my head, but I really stop here, we will meet soon for my first taste&write... I am smelling it... Ops, I am forgetting an important thing: Taste&Write is bilingual: Italian and English
