Il mio amico pasticciere

Buongiorno a tutti, scusate l'attesa, finalmente sono pronta per svelare l'identità del mio "alter ego", che potrete conoscere meglio professionalmente nella sezione CHI SIAMO. Si tratta di Stefano De Pietri, pasticciere e titolare della storica Pasticceria Torinese di Reggio Emilia. Perchè lui? Ora ve lo spiego. Ho conosciuto Stefano in una delle mie prime esperienze con Dolcesalato (era il numero 4 della rivista, quindi si parla del 2001), quello che mi impressionò fu la capacità di decorare con eleganza e minuzia dei minuscoli mignon con le sue "manone", ma fui anche affascinata dalla sua storia, uno dei pochi pasticceri che conobbi che non era figlio d'arte e, a soli 18 anni, già imprenditore. Con il passare degli anni abbiamo mantentuo i contatti, forse anche per la vicinanza tra Parma e Reggio Emilia, anche se non credo sia stato solo questo: Stefano è una persona umile, timidissimo (pensate che voleva collaborare a questo progetto con me senza comparire), altruista, disponibile. Stefano è un amico, di quelli veri, di quelli disposti ad aiutarti senza chiedere niente in cambio. Oltre a questo ritengo sia un professionista a trecentosessanta gradi. La sua arte è la pasticceria, ma è anche un ottimo cuoco (anche se si dedica alla cucina solo per gli amici), insomma quando ho pensato di avviare questo progetto ho pensato a lui, perchè ero sicura di non sbagliare e quando, sabato scorso ci siamo incontrati per parlare di Taste&Write ho capito di aver fatto la scelta giusta. La mattina successiva, al mio risveglio ho trovato un suo sms delle 23:16: "Ciao Anna, ho finito ora con l'ultima consegna, ma ho pensato tutto il giorno alla tua idea. Veramente bella. Credo proprio che ci sarà di lavorarci bene... A presto". Per il momento vi lascio con queste sue parole e al più presto inizierete a degustare e leggere i frutti questa collaborativa AMICIZIA!

Good morning everybody, sorry for the absence, at last I am ready to tell you the identity of my "alter ego", whose professional being you'll descover in the page CHI SIAMO. His name is Stefano De Pietri, he is pastry chef and owner of the historical Pasticceria Torinese in Reggio Emilia. Why Stefano? I explain you soon. I met Stefano during one of my first experience with the magazine Dolcesalato (it was the issue number 4 and it was the 2001). I was impressed by his skill in decorating with elegance and precision very small pastries with his big hands. I also was fascinated by his story: one of the few pastry chef I met whose father wasn't a pastry chef too and owner of an important pastry shop of his town at the age of 18. During these years we  have never stopped our friendship, probably because Parma and Reggio Emilia are close, but I don't think this is the only reason. Stefano is a friend, a real one, a friend who helps you without asking you anything back. I also think that he is a real professional man. His  art is the pastry but he is a good chef too (even if he cooks only for friends), so when I decided to start this project I thought about him because I was sure he was the right man. Last Saturday we met to talk about Taste&Write I a soon understood I wasn't wrong. The next morning I 've found a message; It was 11:16 p.m. and he wrote: Hallo Anna, I have just finished working and today I have kept on thinking about your idea all day long. It is really great. I think we'll work a lot for it... See you soon!" Now I leave you with his words. You'll soon taste and read the fruits of our collaborative FRIENDSHIP!
