Countdown

Ci siamo quasi, mancano poche ore. Domani a pranzo incontrerò il professionista che diventerà partner di Taste&Write, grazie alla cui collaborazione potrò rendere questo progetto ancora più interessante e "professionale". Con lui metterò a punto i parametri degustativi e valutaremo le informazioni utili e interessanti per i lettori di Taste&Write e forse, già da domani, potrete assaporare con me qualche ottimo prodotto. Non vedo l'ora di condividere con voi questa esperienza e sono sicura che l'apprezzerete. Per il momento desidero lasciarvi ancora un po' sulle spine...Inizia il conto alla rovescia!

We are almost there. Just a few hours. Tomorrow I'll meet  the professional pastry chef who is going to become my partner in Taste&Write. Thanks to his expertise and knowhow I am sure this project will become even more interesting and "professional". We will decide together the tasting parameters and assess the useful and interesting information for the readers of Taste&Write and perhaps, tomorrow, you'll taste some good product with me. I am looking forward to share with you my experience and I am sure you'll appreciate it. But now I want to leave you on your toes... The countdown is starting!
